February 2008 — Present (1 year 10 months)
I built a website for a localized repair shop. We advertise within a very small local region via PPC.
I designed, host, and maintain the website. I track the campaigns and optimize them.
Local SEO is a challenge, but a goal non-the-less.
I work in direct collaboration with the owner to produce new content on a regular basis.

December 2007 — Present (2 years )
I fell into the world of Search Engine Marketing by accident. A friend of the family took interest when I mentioned it, and I set up some AdWords campaigns for him. With the success of this Internet Marketing initiative, he insisted I start a business.
Now, as of September 2009, I have made many of the common mistakes a young entrepreneur will make, and I am applying those valuable lessons early in my life. I grew my business to more clients than I could handle and learned where my limits are. Now my focus is entirely upon where I can break those limits and scale out to provide the highest impact possible. I still have a lot to learn, but at least I have a direction and a little bit of momentum.

August 2006 — Present (3 years 4 months)
I have worked with a local builder since just after high school. Starting as a canvasser, I later became responsible for maintaining the office computers and network, and producing some document templates.
In 2007, I was given an opportunity to help this builder with his Internet Marketing. Since December 2007, my position has been that of "IT Department".

January 2006 — January 2007 (1 year 1 month)
A small start-up wanted to enter the adult modeling business. In an effort to generate revenue for equipment, they asked me to set up a TGP. Of course, I did not have any experience beyond basic HTML at the time, but they didn't care and I saw it as an opportunity to learn. I was offered 20% of the proceeds to build them their "TGP"
I studied the industry on a popular forum and eventually learned that all the software used to build a TGP required a dedicated server. Without any room in the budget for this expense, I instead learned PHP to build my own basic TGP from the ground up.
Of course, the website made no sales and one year later the domain expired beyond my control. My hard work was not wasted, however, because I learned PHP, SQL, and discovered the basics of Search Engine Optimization, and affiliate marketing.
