Fred Raguillat is a Senior Project Manager in the WPLC Support Organisation. Fred has two passions: the first one is innovation. In this domain he has participated in programmes such as ExtremeBlue as Project mentor, and in the TAP programme as Project sponsor/participant. Fred has also been an active inventor, and is an expert in the IBM Patent process. He acts as a mentor to newly formed Patent teams and he is an evaluator on the RTIM Patent Review board.
His second passion is Social Computing, in Jan 08 Fred joined the BlueIQ ambassador community in order to share further his passion and knowledge of social software as an Internal IBM evangelist. BlueIQs ambassadors are experts who help IBM individual employees, teams and communities with using IBM social software. They volunteer their time and talent, to energize and enable every IBM employee in order for him/her to benefit from using IBM social software.
Prior Joining IBM, Fred has worked in several management positions within Technical Support environment. Fred's background is SWE, he is PMP® certified, holds a BA in Business Studies, along with other diplomas in Management, Software Engineering & Computer Sciences fields.

Along with my regular job responsibilities, I am an active member of the IBM BlueIQ Ambassadors program. This program's mission is to promote the usage of social software tools inside IBM, primarily among client facing employees. I regularly provide demos, presentations, and mentoring to different departments and groups inside of IBM, to illustrate the value of working with Web 2..0 in the company aka Enterprise 2.0...

Fred Raguillat joined Lotus/IBM in 1999, As a second line manager within WW Support Organization, Fred's primary role is to lead the EMEA Support Implementation Management Team, which he has been doing since May 2000. Fred's team is responsible for enabling the EMEA Support Organizations with all new product releases (SW, HW, training, etc...) as well as implementating any initiatives under WW Support Management direction, such as Re-organization structure, set-up of the new centres WW, and/or the implemention of cross branding support, etc.. Fred's Team is also involved in SWG initiatives such as the OPC, CSA (Customer Self Assistance, Business Control Compliance & Processes, etc...
