As such it wasn't the right job for me, but nice company to work with.

November 2006 — June 2008 (1 year 8 months)
I was hired as a part of a management team to take several in-house digital departments and turn them into a single competitive and independent digital agency.
My task was to lead and develop the creative team from a copywriter and myself to a 7 person strong creative department working on anything digital from small, quick-turn around banners, ppc campaigns and affiliate marketing campaigns to big cms-driven e-commerce sites.
Clients included MMT for GSMA, Columbus Insurance and the pan-european initiative Teach Today.

I joined London Web Communications as a Junior Designer when I moved to London and quickly rose to the position as Senior Designer.
During my time at London Web I started learning about online accessibility while keeping my Flash skills up to speed as well giving my skill set the rather unique combination of accessibility and Flash.
My role included website design and XHTML and CSS development for all types of businesses, B to C, B to B.
Clients included Royal British Legion, British Institute of Innkeeping and The Institute of the Motor Industry.
(Online Media industry)

Back in 1999 there wasn't really web design companies in Denmark so I started out as a Freelance Web Designer and together with Phuc van Dang we got a great gig at TeleDanmark ( Danish equivalent to BT) designing Dingelink.dk.
Dingelink.dk became the home for young Danish mobile phone users from spring 1999 to summer 2004 where it was taken offline.
During the time it was live it became one of the top ten most visited sites in Denmark. And it was a great portfolio piece to get me start in London.
(Online Media industry)
October 1998 — December 1998 (3 months)
I had learned about the Internet during my studies at the School for visual Communication and when we graduated I was the only student with an online portfolio to show as I knew I wanted to work with digital design.
Based on this I quickly landed a job as Assistant Art Director for Pind Marketing.
However, it was not right job for me as they were content with staying in the printed area of the creative industry and I wanted to do digital design.
(Online Media industry)
October 1997 — November 1997 (2 months)
As part of my education I had a great work placement at Grey in Odense, Denmark.
Half of what I learned during my 3-year education, I learned in those 6 weeks as Grey didn't just give me bits and pieces to do, but they threw me in the deep end with real projects for real clients, which was great.
