Frank Van Imschoot’s Summary

Started as consultant and did 3 projects for Oracle Belgium and the Netherlands which gave me a lot of experience in data modeling. Learning it from the best Oracle senior consultants of Belgium and the Netherlands.
Then worked as IT front office project leader for Proxis, at that time nr1 in e-commerce in the Benelux. Experimenting the internet already from 1994, I became fast an expert of web analytics, which offers valuable insights into customer behavior, buying patterns, product interests and business activity for Proxis.
Changing the career path back to Oracle performance tuning (design & applicative) where I successfully did some top Business Intelligence projects for major companies in Belgium (Dexia, Mobistar, Electrabel, Carrefour, ...).
After gathering enough oracle expertise I become what I'm now, Managing the competence center of Oracle for Business & Decision. Still working part time on Business Intelligence and Risk Management projects where i do auditing, give technical advice or do the coordination between different teams.
