My Experience: Experienced eMarketing strategist and project manager, with expertise in the design and delivery of search marketing, email CRM, web development, and Web 2.0 programs. Success in this area was leveraged by my breadth of previous domestic and international business process improvement, operations, industrial engineering, project management experience; internally in internet marketing, telecommunications, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, and as an external consultant to various manufacturing, new product development, financial services, R&D and IT/IS operations.

Defined eMarketing service delivery processes for internet marketing offerings, creating a portfolio of templates around which SEM, SEO and email CRM services are developed and customized, allowing the agency to manage revenue growth from $4M to almost $12M in less than 4 years.
Managed design/delivery of eMarketing efforts, including search marketing (SEM/SEO), email CRM, web development and analytics for clients in payroll/HR services, credit reporting, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and other industries.
Managed design, implementation and operation of a Web 2.0 community site using patient-generated content to support a 30% increase in overall traffic and 180% increase in search traffic within 8 months of launch. This included new processes for timely but strict regulatory/legal review of submitted content.
