Sacramento, California Area
Has sixteen years of experience in community and economic development from both the public (government) and private sectors.
As a member of the senior management staff at the City of Sacramento, I held responsibility for policy areas and special projects. Notably, I coordinated several Redevelopment Areas in the City, co-authored the City’s first white paper on infill development and lead the public process design for “Del Paso Nuevo,” the City’s largest infill new urbanist redevelopment project, which won recognition by the California Redevelopment Association.
As Manager of Development Services for one of the Sacramento Region’s most successful commercial developers, I was responsible for project management and government relations for over $220 million in investment and nearly 900,000 square feet of development in Northern California. I collaborated with architects, engineers, designers, contractors and clients on numerous projects, managing multi-million dollar projects from entitlements to design to build-out and successful delivery.
Through Connect Realty, I have helped many friends and family, buy, sell and invest in the robust Real Estate market of the Sacramento Region. I have also consulted for other builders and developers on reuse, entitlements & due diligence, and project feasibility.
