Research Arts was founded by Frankie in 1984 as a firm dedicated to classic and innovative qualitative research done well. We have conducted over a thousand qualitative and ethnographic studies, earning the trust and respect of a wide array of clients.
Our portfolio of work spans almost every industry, with the exception of products that could harm their users or the environment.
Our methods are designed to fit the problem at hand, with many riffs on focus groups and individual interviews. We were among the first research firms to use online methods for qualitative research and continue to be innovative in our approaches.
Frankie has a deep knowledge of consumer behavior with a background as both a client and consultant. Her interviewing style is friendly, warm and curious, using the effective tools you expect from an experienced moderator.
