I am a Qualified Expert Witness for Pinellas County Circuit Court and United States Bankruptcy Court. In the past twelve months I have also qualified as an Expert Witness and testified in Formal Hearings for the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate.

Originally licensed in real estate in 1976, I was introduced to the real estate appraisal specialty in 1977. I have experience as a Real Estate License Law, Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Appraisal Instructor for St. Petersburg College and several private real estate schools.

In February, 2000, Governor Jeb Bush appointed me to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB), the State Regulatory Agency for Real Estate Appraisers. I served just over eight years as a member of the FREAB. Members of the FREAB elected me Chairman in 2002, 2007, 2006 and 2007.
