Other duties included recruiting, hiring and training a staff of 25 to 30 employees. I was required to formulate revenue projections, along with preparing monthly payroll and expense budgets. I completed daily revenue reports and I was responsible for the facilities banking, collections and petty cash fund. I was able to control inventory shrinkage to under three tenths of one percent on a consistent basis. I served on the corporate Compensation and Safety Committees. My most rewarding experience was to develop Team Members into quality managers who also achieved success throughout the company.
