Prior to working at Amazon.com, I worked on enterprise IT Pro management software applications covering Windows Server and System Center suites of applications. I also owned and managed a New Media and IT consulting / design firm for over ten years, and held high-level positions in sales, creative and technical roles at several telecom, internet & dot com companies.
I am incredibly passionate about combining design with technology, and absolutely LOVE what I do and the technologies that I work with on a daily basis. I am an active blogger and advocate for the user when it comes to creating beautiful, yet functional user experiences.

I founded Hypermedia Productions in 1995 and have been providing New Media and IT Consulting Services for over a decade.
In addition to being proficient in current Web 2.0 and New Media technologies (front-end / UI / UX Design, interactive, photography, blogging and podcasting), I provide Systems Engineering level support on all Apple products and services. I have extensive experience working with Apple in K-20 and have deployed Xserve and Xserve RAID systems throughout south FL schools as well as provide consulting on the creation of standardized client-images for those deployments.

I was instrumental in the deployment of the largest Digital Learning Environment Study in Florida. I was also the lead Systems Engineer that was responsible for architecting much of the first 1:1 laptop implementation for Dade County Schools. Additional accomplishments include designing and deploying a digital curriculum, the first of it's kind, into a pilot middle school in Dade County.
