Turned around this prestigious archive photographic agency: reorganized, brought outside collections and photographers, built the international distribution network, rebuilt the systems.
While at RV, launched La Parisienne d'Images, a new venture with The City of Paris and external shareholders. It focused on preserving and distributing the unpublished photographic collections of the City of Paris. Became first CEO and transferred management after 3 months.
