Francisco is a seasoned Project Manager, having been involved in the main, mission critical areas of convergence and integration for both "off the shelf/shrink wrapped" and custom-built, in-house, applications, along with extensive network convergence projects.

Most recently he worked NBC Universal, specifically at Telemundo Networks and Mun2 (Two of General Electric's TV Businesses/Properties) , where he supported and managed not only the development of enhancements and integration components for a SOX L2 Traffic & Billing Application "worth" $2 BB in annual revenues, but also a host of ancillary, mission-critical applications for Media Library, Programming, Scheduling, Affiliate Communications, Syndication, Distribution, Financial Reporting and Account Receivables, making him the de-facto Program Manager for all their native and legacy applications.

Whilst at GE, he updated his educational profile, by enrolling at the University of Phoenix, where he is close to completing a second Bachelor's in IT, majoring in Visual Communications (Digital Media)

Prior to that assignment he ran, built and managed the entire network platform for Telephonetics, Inc., the leader in On Hold Messaging Services, which serviced Fortune 500 customers such as Yum! Brands and Enterprise Rent a Car, along with 20,000 other customers nationwide, for close to 7 years. There, is where obtained both his MCP and MCSA Certifications.
