    Founded in Brazil a company that provides sales and marketing support to foreign companies that offer Web-based “Hosted” business services and that benefit from a local presence in a BRICK country.

    This led me to learn the intricate processes that are needed to launch a new company in a foreign country. Not a trivial task: I am not Brazilian, did not speak the language and Brazil has one of the most complex business environments in the world.

    The most notable representation project has been with a company from Australia offering services in the area of “Outsourced Corporate Messaging”. We built a one-of-a-kind service that offers Brazilian companies access to five “corporate grade” CTI channels for B2B and B2C communication via an on-line portal that is accessible nation-wide.     A broad range of companies have adopted the service, with call-centers and some large corporations now in various stages of implementation.

    Offered complex SW & HW solutions integrating high reliability communication servers to busn.critical work-flows. Sold systems to remote environments at mining co's in Chile & Peru, at petroleum fields near the Orinoco River.

    Met with IT Dir's, CIO’s, CFO’s, managers (Finance, Purchasing, Logistics...) at F100 and G2000 co´s. Developed a techl. experience by working with specialized techs and systems engineers. Traveled to meetings to conduct discovery prior to introducing techs via phone to confirm details.

    Created many proposals in multiple language estimating ROI. Replied to complex RFQ´s.

    Setup a resellers in Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile and Mexico. Fronted presentations in various countries. Organized support desks in Argentina & Brazil.

    Coordinated product shipping from USA/Europe to Lat Am, including documentation to facilitate LOC's. Participated at trade shows in different countries(organized the booths in Buenos Aires and México City).
