- Support the basic (region, company and industry) and advanced (behaviour and function) Business Solutions segmentations

- Conduct customer insight analysis and customer base research
- Determine key dimension of customer insight (purchasing, loyalty, switching mechanism, trigger points)
- Select suitable tools and models
- Determine and gather the preferred data sources
- Carry out customer profitability analysis
- Create and implement a customer listening process in Canon Europe and in the National Sales Organizations to identify main customer requirements
- Analyse customer satisfaction and make proposal to improve it
- Create and implement a competitive intelligence process to support strategic decision
