Maintenance and porting of RFID-based inventorying/reporting system for the agricultural market.
* Developed additional complex reporting capability for perspective client based on their specific needs. These reports allowed for up-to-date inventorying, product traceability, recall assessments, and supplier yields.
* Shrunk the hardware requirements for each of the “remote hosts” by rewriting the on-site software to be able to run on the installed RFID readers. This eliminated the need for a separate computer at each capture location saving thousands of dollars for each install.
* Began implementing a full port of the system from ASP.net, SQL Server 2005, and Windows Server 2005 to Perl/PHP, Apache, and MySQL
* Wrote software to collect data from temperature sensors, GPS sensors, RFID Readers, and to communicate over cellular data cards.
* Maintained our central database server which had several hundred thousand records (in 27 tables) and 180 stored procedures.

Maintenance and updating of a handful of websites, primarily for Caelestis Web's customer base.
* Maintained and updated an existing, heavily modified vCart online shopping cart site for the Pacific Supply Groups' online retail stores.
* Provided look-and-feel updates, encoding/adding of online videos, and specialized form processing for several area non-profits, including The Black United Fund of Oregon and Smoke Free Oregon.
* Added significant capabilities to one LA-based night-life advertisement website.

Maintenance of in-house system that managed/stored revisioned copies of all content that was generated for our video-based education system.
* Maintained an existing in-house ASP-based CMS adding many new features and refining the existing codebase.
* Ported the in-house CMS from using Access database to a full-featured MySQL one. This required rewriting most of the SQL for the entire system as the existing code was highly Access specific.
* Collaborated on a Flash 5/Mx wrapper for the video-based education system that we offered. My role in this was largely in a bug fixing capacity.
* Built a “Wizard” that would allow the easy compilation of the final product for our production team. It would collate all the data from the CMS then build the configuration files to allow the product to be quickly exported for printing.
