I have a passion for helping team leaders bring out the best in those who work for them. This means making sure everyone knows and is committed to where we are going as a team - and they know how they need to work together to get there.
Clients at organizations such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, United Way, UPS, and even the US Marine Corps hire me to facilitate or to speak – to dramatically improve their business performance.
Wiley just published my first book, The Firefly Effect - a guidebook for managers with key insights and tools for building teams that work creatively and cooperatively together, produce tangible results, and make employees proud to be a part of something bigger and more meaningful than just 'work'.
I believe in giving back to my community - and fulfill on that promise by providing pro bono consulting and facilitation services to such organizations as Leadership Atlanta, the Partnership Against Domestic Violence, and The Westminster Schools.
* Team Effectiveness - establish trust, resolve conflict, increase innovation and productivity
* Strategic Planning and Execution - create compelling plans that get done
* Creative Problem-Solving - proven tools for tackling tough business challenges
* Communicate with Impact - in person, on a team, in public
* Conduct Assessments (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and MBTI) to learn how each member of the team thinks, reacts under pressure, makes decisions, and communicates
