  I was one of the lead developers of markafoni.com which is a highly popular VIP shopping site. The system is based on Python-Django with several application servers, 2 database and 1 gateway service.
  
  I also worked on a IPTV system which was installed in a residence complex. The system was linux based with modifications to X server using VLC, Python and C. The system was capable of streaming various channels, video on demand, radio, etc.

  I have worked on several PHP projects. Most of the projects I were involved were web sites with Flash front-ends. I was responsible for building the server-side application logic.

  I developed infrastructures for multiple web sites. Pilli network consists of many blog site and various community sites.
  
  The most significant part was the centralized registration and authentication system and the cross-site messaging service. That is users share their message boxes and contacts across web sites.
  
  The entire system was built using Ruby on Rails and I was responsible for scaling the system. There were more 3 database servers and 15 applications server and 1 gateway serving the entire network. I maintained the system where the database servers and the gateway server were expensive high-end machines which were supported by low-cost hot-plug application servers. The system was serving about a million page views per month and Pilli Network has more than 200,000 members.
