I'm a highly motivated Communications Professional with a unique combination of technical and interpersonal communications skills that enable me to assist both business and technical people to improve their communication skills and knowledge in the workplace.
I've been delivering communications-related training to groups and individuals for over fifteen years in both the public and private sector.
I work from the premise that miscommunication is inevitable and that when we know how and why miscommunication occurs, we are better able to manage it and get on with whatever project we're working on. When we are given the opportunity to learn how to manage miscommunication, we have less stress and more fun at both work and home.
My customers include all levels of staff in public and private sector organizations and individuals who are looking for communications and/or business coaching.
