I'm originally from Australia, but after living in the UK my enthusiasm for property grew. I was fascinated by the idea of purchasing something that would (theoretically) grow in value over time & produce an income of its own.

I became involved fulltime in the property industry in 2005 & I had many bad experiences buying through overseas property agents, including a very bad experience in Albania where I purchased offplan & I believed what the agent was telling me. After signing the contract I discovered I paid 36% commission (included in the price) & the property was 36% over-priced!

So I realised that there was huge opportunity for offering actual good investments.

I moved to Tirana due to the demand for property in Albania, however I am still active with Fresh Property Co offering investment opportunities through local partners in Brazil & Argentina, and shortly Turkey and Malaysia.

I've been researching property markets & studying emerging countries to decide on the next place to offer investors. I have travelled through Europe, SE Asia, US, Caribbean, South America, Egypt & Cape Verde.
