I hold a Ph.D. in Medical Physics and have experience working in scientific research and business.

I am currently working in technology transfer & healthcare innovation. I have experience in management of innovation project pipeline, definition of strategy for commercialization of medical technologies, and coordination and implementation of knowledge and technology transfer process adapted to public hospitals and healthcare providers. I guide physicians and scientists in the creation of spin-offs, licensing, protection and exploitation of intellectual property.

As researcher, my main research areas have been computational modelling (finite element) of electrical properties of human heart (Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy, CRT) and brain (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, TMS). I gained substantial experience in coordination of clinical data for multiple research purposes, EU project funding and management, and data analysis.

Working as researcher and consultant has given me broad experience in different areas - intellectual property protection; data analysis; business and strategy planning; project management; scientific writing; medical technologies assessment and development- and has given me the opportunity to work with clients from public and private corporations, researchers, clinicians, technicians, and scientific, medical, and patients associations.

I speak English fluently, I have international experience and my entire career has developed within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
