•Responsible for daily Cell Performance file and Handover failure
•Analyzes traffic data to monitor blocking & congestion
•Recommend BTS with 80% Utilization for expansion, TRX/BTS reallocation and BTS rollout
•Monitoring of alarms, TRX blocking and site outages for endorsement to concerned groups and provide solutions to hardware problems.
•Review adjacent cell definition, adjacent cell parameters and consistency checking
•Responsible for parameter audit of newly integrated and existing sites.
