I am a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant with the UCLA Department of History's Science Field, a Graduate Student Researcher with a National Institute of Mental Health study of the Mental Health Services Act, and a Assistant Archivist with the UCLA Biomedical Library's American College of Neuropsychopharmacology project. My research revolves around the political economy of psychopharmaceuticals, and I am working on a dissertation tentatively entitled Enterprises in Epidemiology: Intensifying Market Strategies and Statistical Methods for American Psychopharmaceuticals, 1954-2004.
