My name is Faisal Farooqui and I manage the Information Technology department at Rhea + Kaiser Marketing, an advertising agency. My responsiblities include managing a helpdesk staff, outside consultants, building vendor relationships, IT budgeting and strategizing where we should be next with technology and how it can benefit the business.

In the last 7 years, some of my accomplishments include upgrading our entire windows domain from Windows 2003 to 2008. I have overseen the conversion of our physical infrastructure to a 100% virtualized data center using VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus and added a 100% virtualized disaster recovery site with a 1:10 ratio. Also during that time I had managed agency wide desktop upgrades from Windows XP to Windows 7 and upgraded and optimized our wireless infrastructure. Most recently I have managed a Microsoft Lync VoIP implementation and now working on implementing a SharePoint site project.
