  I report directly to Russ Mooney for the project assigned to me. I attend pre-production meetings with him and other department heads and do brainstorming before the show goes to actual production. I evaluate artists skill level and do/explain the 'intent' of the scene/s to animators during animation handouts pointing out important notes and hookups etc.. Me and Russ view first runs (where we do our animation calls ) and color (before shipment) in AVID.
