My goal is to provide consulting services for short term periods in English, French, or Spanish.
Available for short term consultancies in the fields of Health Economics, Health Project Management and Health Care Financing. Particularly interested in assignments in Ethiopia, Bhutan and Mongolia.

Last assignments have been in September 2008-Jan 2009 in Nepal to analyse changes introduced by the implementation of a Free Health Services Policy for the poor and in February 2008 in Ethiopia doing a cost-effectiveness analysis of a Nutrition Program for Concern UK.
With 25 years experience in developing countries out of which 6 years managing Health Care Projects financed by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank Primary Health Care Projects in Lao PDR, 12 managing policy and health care financing oriented projects in Benin, Zimbawe, Haiti and 7 carrying out consultancies in Health Care Financing, Health Economics and Health Project Management.
I have carried out appraisals and/or evaluations of Maternal and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Water Supply and Sanitation, Nutrition, programs or projects for the European Commission, Asian Development Bank, Save The Children, Concern, MCDI. I have contributed to designing financial management systems for health centers in Benin in the framework of the Bamako Initiative, surveys of health care expenditures in Zimbabwe, written up health policies for the Government of Benin, Zimbabwe, Canada, etc. Also past Director of the Program Evaluation Unit of the Medical Services Branch of the Department of Health and Welfare Canada.
