My passion is imagining, creating, and building businesses. Since autumn of 2007, I have been leading the Kinzin team, who is developing of some of the most interesting and innovative social networking applications in the world.
Since the early nineties, I've founded several technology and internet companies. The most recent was Enfolding Systems Corp., which was founded to develop a unique (and now patent-pending) web-based collaboration technology. ESC was acquired by Blast Radius in 2002. In 2004, I helped Blast Radius acquire the XMetaL business (the company formerly known as SoftQuad) from Corel Corp., refresh the product line, multiply revenues, and put the business back on a profitable track. In spring of 2006, I helped Blast Radius to sell their Software Products business to Just Systems of Japan. In between these projects, I was the go-to guy for social networking, and was brought in to offer my expertise and insight at the senior management level for many of Blast Radius' most important clients, such as NAU, Electronic Arts, and Nike.
