We spend 3 month in school full time og then 3 month in the company (Chr. Hansen A/S) working. The education took 3 years. This way we got a good combination of knowlegde and the pactical experience at the same time. I also spend 6 mdr in Holland Utrecht studying as a part of the Education and 6 weeks in Spain attending a spanish course for all 6 weeks - in Salamanca.
