Digital Entrepreneur and On Line Process Manager @ Vodafone IT
Milan Area, Italy
I'm a passionate Internet entrepreneur, digital project management professional and social media expert with 8+ years of experience in the internet industry.
I currently work for the e-care group in Vodafone Italy Web Services function, developing useful web interfaces that help customers solve issues on their own and gather relevant information, both from institutional sources and crowdsourcing.
Prior joining Vodafone Italy I had several experiences in consultancy and Internet startups. While I funded my own digital marketing consultancy firm, serving SMEs and professionals, I also funded and lead Shreppy: a personal shopper for consumer electronics goods.
Among my other commitments I also served for a few months as Head of Business Development at TripShake, a question&answer service for the smart traveler.
My digital project management experience brought me to teach PM techniques in corporate education classes.
Due to my previous experiences in the consumer electronics and e-commerce markets, I share my insights on many online and offline magazines. Among those, I regularly write on the European Journalism Centre Magazine.
I also had lots of speaking engagements, mainly about social media, enterprise 2.0 and startup entrepreneurship.
I just love what I do! I can't imagine myself doing anything else than building and managing successful businesses and useful Internet applications!
