Always seduced by technology, but infatuated with sociology, I thought artificial intelligence was the perfect melting pot, since the problem with computers is a lack of social skills. Then I realized it was a great support to tell stories.
I´ve had been using computers as a medium since then, helping to narrate, to help spreading news and to build a packaging for TV while working as a special projects manager in a broadcaster, ARTEAR.
I also launched an internet portal in 1996, WebTV(.com.ar) and worked in the project for an ISP company deployed by the media conglomerate who owned Artear, Grupo Clarin.
I quit to the entrepreneurial life and founded Tsubcero lately acquired by WPP to become Ogilvy Interactive Argentina. I managed the operations helping companies and brands to exploit the benefits of new media to reach their customers, once again storytelling and communications.
Early 21st century (it´s still early but time goes so fast!) with a great friend and great pro, we founded By-Cycle with a compelling motto, to build user experiences. Mobile technologies gave us a new contact point to interact with audiences and customers and they became our main goal and business focus. Buongiorno! bought the company last year.
I forgot to mention my secret passion, iTV. It was just a dream in the early nineties, there were some successful and some overrated trials, but technology was not mature enough. My close relation with Silicon Graphics as a member of their advisory board let me took a glance to the technologies once we were using. While i was in OgiIvy, I did some iTV ads (OpenTV walled gardens) for Dove and LG among others using the DirectTV Platform.
I expect Mindgeist, could make a reality to build experiences, to narrate, to build brands, to establish relationships with audiences and customers, in any available touchpoint, wherever they are, Advocracy to make sense and strategy a core for this actions and Senseek to showcase the potential.
