    In the first year at Charter we've laid the foundation for future growth in the new media space. A new team was established to train and support the exisiting sales structure. On Demand was launched as a stand alone advertising product and in a challenging economic climate is on pace to exceed revenue expectations. Members of the team were recognized with an Emmy award for local On Demand content. Internet advertising sales were launched in the second half of 2008 with St. Louis closing the first ever Internet ad sales deals in the company's history.

    We were promoted twice within four years at Adelphia; starting as the marketing leader for a 6-state region before moving to a corporate level as a director of marketing for the media division. We ultimately became the company’s first ever VP of Marketing for media in 2004.

    Our reputation was built on thought leadership, strategy, brand marketing, and communications through web technologies. We built the enterprise’s external and internal web sites. We pioneered brand marketing for the division. We orchestrated direct marketing campaigns that garnered a 36% response rate and returned 26 times our initial investment within 6 months of execution. Our local ad campaign was recognized as best in industry in 2005 and 2006.

    We implemented the sales of long-form advertising in On Demand in 2005 and quickly positioned ourselves as an industry leader booking over $2 million nationwide within the product’s first eight months. National Internet advertising sales were also launched.
