As the Founder and CEO of Fearless Fifties, LLC, her unique programs have helped women around the globe visualize goals, overcome adversity, develop confident communication skills and achieve meaningful success. By applying the skills she learned in over thirty years of making change in her own life, Wales has gone on to achieve remarkable success after a lifetime of overcoming the odds. She is the author of The Fearless Factor, and When the Crow Sings, a novel, as well as several other compilations.

As the owner of three small business enterprises she has successfully implemented and maintained all aspects of communication, marketing, publicity and sales for each company. As a writer, singer, life coach, martial artist and entrepreneur, she uses her highly creative and disciplined talents to explore and develop new ideas for each of her companies. Presently, we employ over 20 people in various capacities.

Future goals include development of The Fearless Factor series and Fearless Fifties enterprise using innovative internet strategies, media exposure and publishing ventures. Our strategies inlcude publishing, retreats, and speaking engagements, as well as developing coaching programs that can be utilized within the corporate market.
