Frances Foley’s Summary

I was selected as the East Haven Courier "Person of the Week" April 23, 2009 for my work as the local webmaster and support for local charities including the CCFA of CT. Member of the East Haven Fall Festival Committee which was a local Merit Award winner in 2009.

d. Town of East Haven, CT. Government web site serving a community of about 28,000+ www.townofeasthavenct.org.

In June 2008 I was reappointed to the Southern CT Cable Advisory Board by the Mayor of East Haven to represent the Cable TV interests of the town residents.

I continue to produce public access TV shows for viewing on ETV. This work is performed as a community service to provide information about local issues in education and quality of life for the public.

b. I created a research oriented web site for the Bioacoustics Laboratory which is a collaboration between UConn and UCinn.

  At the end of 2007 I negotiated a contract to redesign the government web site for the Town of East Haven. Starting in January 2008. This project defined a new interactive level of services and information available to the citizens of East Haven via the internet. I provide monthly hosting and serve as the Web Master.
