Customer Experience Representative at i2 Telecom International
Greater Atlanta Area
I am a highly motivated and passionate individual with strong skills in networking, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. In a previous job, I was an IT consultant for a company with a client list of over 300 companies and individuals. Many of these clients use Windows Server 2000 and 2003, with Exchange server running on most of those. I coordinated my own schedule with the client and was responsible for managing all of the company's resources for the job at hand.
At CTDI, I worked as a technician in a staging center for AT&T orders. I configured and shipped 25 Cisco routers daily and was the unofficial trainer for all newly hired technicians.
At my current job at i2Telecom International, I provide support for customers' VoIP lines and manage their accounts. I also developed a new PBX service that I had up and running internally while the management discussed the viability of the service. This setup includes servers running CentOS 5.2, which is a free implementation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. On these servers I used an environment of virtual servers using OpenVZ as the basis. While the management decided to go with a custom hardware implementation, the setup I used worked flawlessly with plenty of room for scalability.
