  Serco, Inc. hired me to startup the DOD new Sexual
  Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPR)
  at the installation at Ft Drum. I adapted the written
  program to the resources of the community and the
  installation to establish a successfull program that
  offered services at all levels for persons connected
  with Ft Drum who experienced sexual assault.
  
  I trained military and civilians in reporting, responding,
  and follow through including the training of Victim Ad-
  vocates and peer group access to help.
  
  Ran the Installation Review Board and reported directly
  to the Installation Commander in matters of Sexual Assault
  including adivising on programs and feasible operations.
