Fabrizio Gibilaro’s Summary

My expertise is focused mainly in the area of business desktop deployment, administration and support, but my ongoing duties in a large network imply dealing with all kind of IT infrastructure services, including servers and networking.

I am currently working on the design of the next computing platform based on Windows Vista and Office 2007 and on the re engineering of the deployment process and the desktop management infrastructure to accomplish a higher degree of automation and a mature and manageable desktop and mobile computing environment.

Since 2005 I hold a Master in Network and Information System Security from the University of Rome, La Sapienza. I am driving my professional development towards the development of a deeper knowledge and experience in the field of Information Security.

Before specializing in the area of IT System Support, I have been a software developer for several years (since 1996). To keep alive the passion for software development, I've got involved in the project of creating a small software company with my friend and colleague Bar Zecharya. In 2006 we have started Ibex Technologies S.r.l. We develop software mainly for the .NET platform and design web sites leveraging new tendencies in User Interface design, such as Ajax and robust backend solutions based on Web Services.
