Started with the security consulting arm of Nortel Network's Global Professional Services division. Nortel's security consulting group received a number 1 rating by IDC for service delivery capability.
In early 2002, this group was subsequently spun off into a distinct startup company, Olympus Security Group which provided private-label security consulting expertise to Computer Associates, government agencies and customers of Nortel Networks. I was one of the early consulting employees of this spinoff which was then later acquired by publicly traded CTG.
• In collaboration with the marketing team, helped define and create marketing collateral and materials for product messaging.
• Technical analysis of current solution offerings vs. market requirements and technical feasibility.
• Development of new security service product offerings based upon the implementation and design of high-value security appliance products from emerging security product companies (Reactivity, Recourse, Quadrasis).

• Redesigned NT security permission structure as related to user accounts and file directory permissions, streamlining security and functionality.
