I have been writing and publishing books and articles and a website for expatriate families for almost twenty years. I regularly lecture internationally at international schools, to international HR groups, to women's clubs and to any other expatriate community organization. I have spoken in 30 countries. In addition, I have conducted an extensive survey of family challenges during transition in a survey published in 2008 called "Family Matters" which informs companies what they need to do in order to attract and retain loyal, effective employees willing to work abroad. I give 'webinars' on the results of that survey to global mobility specialists or any other company people interested in the mobile family.
