Nucci founded Nucci Consulting Group in 1996 and in 1998 began a long-term relationship with the founders of BlackRock, Inc., a small asset management firm that was focused in fixed income. Over the last twelve years NCG’s clients have included BlackRock, ING, Furmen Selz, Citigroup and Brown Brothers Harriman.

Most recently, Nucci served as a consultant to John Brynjolfsson, founder of Armored Wolf LLC, a global macro hedge fund, where she focused on building their talent platform. John Brynjolfsson is a 19-year veteran from PIMCO, launched and grew the Real Return platform from $0 to $80 billion in third-party assets, including launching and managing PIMCO’s second, third, and fourth largest public funds.
Professional highlights:

* Worked closely with the founders of BlackRock to help build their senior management team.
* Founded a health care company which became the industry’s leading innovator, created new industry standards and with record profit margins. The company was sold just five years later to the industry giant.
* Worked on two start-ups for Johnson & Johnson, ran 15 operating companies by the time she was 30 years old.
* Started a division for Baxter where she was responsible for managing a team that generated $10 million in annualized revenue in less than 11 months.
