Ev Nucci established her reputation as a start-up expert during her years at Johnson & Johnson where she did two start-ups and ran fifteen operating companies. Nucci went onto to build another start-up for Baxter, Int.. Ev served as CEO and founder of Gynesis, which she ultimately sold to the industry giant.

Since 1998, Nucci Consulting Group has provided retained executive search services to BlackRock and helped build out their equity platform.

We also provide capital for hedge funds in the following strategies: long/short equity, market neutral, 130/30, statistical arbitrage, and directional long or directional short.
