Business Development Manager - Phoenix International, a John Deere Company, BSEE, MBA
Fargo, North Dakota Area
My background includes extensive OEM automotive experience leading engineering groups in the development of new technology and products. Currently I am involved in the general management of a regional sales & marketing division of a foreign based manufacturing company. My current and past responsibilities include complete operations management including HR, IT, sales & marketing, engineering, customer account management, and lead generation. I have led electronics design teams in the areas of Telematics platforms, user interfaces, display technologies, power signal distribution, and body electronics, with successful EMC testing, validation and PPAP performances for series production programs.
My professional goal is to continue operations management with a company focused on product innovation. Ideation is my best asset to a corporation, so a lead position in product development and marketing would be ideal.
