Darcie King’s Summary
Darcie King graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BA in Mass Communications. She went on to work for NBC30 in Connecticut as studio camera operator and floor director. During her time there, she, her husband and a friend started E Video Productions, an event video production company. In 2003, Kristopher and Darcie King became sole owners of E Video Productions and moved the company to NJ. While making the transition to NJ, Darcie became an editor for CGI Communications, producing on-line videos for cities & towns across the country. In late 2004, Darcie & Kristopher reinvented E Video Productions and began their extensive work in video marketing. In 2008, Darcie was a finalist in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business as Best Entrepreneur in a Service Business. E Video Productions has created effective marketing pieces for such organizations as Couture Fashion Week in NYC, The Beauty Foundation for Women’s Cancer Care, Viking Yachts, Atlantic Highlands in NJ, The Christian Chamber of Commerce, Facilities Expo, Axon Global, and the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore, to name a few. E Video Productions is an innovative company at the forefront of the movement towards on-line video. Their Webmercials were some of the first of their kind to hit the internet as early as 2002.
