HiTecs is een werkmaatschappij van het bekende technologieconcern Stork. HiTecs speelt in op de veranderende behoefte van technische bedrijven aan personeel. Technische bedrijven worden niet alleen geconfronteerd met een toenemend tekort aan gekwalificeerd personeel, maar ook met een sterk wisselende vraag naar personeel met specifieke expertises en vaardigheden. HiTecs helpt bedrijven bij de ontwikkeling en organisatie van personele flexibiliteit. Within the company I'm responsible for hiring and managing mechanics (mechanical engineers and electrotechnical engineers). Hitecs is part of the worldwide, well known, Technologyconcern Stork. Een belangrijk onderdeel, in zowel recruiment (inventariseren bij aanvang) als in het personeelsbeheer, is het continue opleiden van de de Multiprofessionals die op zo'n manier bij de diverse projectopdrachtgevers hun vakmanschap kunnen inzetten. Vanuit mijn regio werken we voornamelijk samen met industrieen buiten de Stork Alliance: Machinebouwers (nieuwbouw), machine-revisie, onderhoud en service via machinebouwers of rechtstreeks bij productieorganisaties en/of procesindustrie.

Customer contacts are: businesses where we've, succesfully, managed to fill vacancies, customers in the several branches (basicly in business services/ suport), prospect customers and candidates for jobvacancies, etc.
Intercedent is a position which creates a link (intermediair) between possible job-candidates and clients who are looking for a propper candidate to forfill a job-vacancy. Commercial, support, advise and recruitment is required in order two bring to parties together in such matter that they're both satisfied!

In charge of a few large accounts: Recruitment for Callcenterbranche customers, and large project-accounts.

In this position I was responsible for hiring employees within the studentcommunity for the Student Union. The Student Union was at that time the employer for about 60 employees at several different branches in the Union: Travel Agency, Copy shop, Convienent Shop, Student advice centre, Conference centre, pub and club facility, etc. For special activities there was a flucuating demand for personell (for example: business network meetings, careersfairs, leisurefairs, etc). In this particular occasions I was involved with the recruitment for students to facilitate these events. And also at a structural basis for the ongoing business at the Union.
