The group educates and trains organizations of the need to determine the effectiveness of its programs, products, and processes, and then works with those organizations to build evaluation processes that hone in on vital improvements that can be made to their respective programs. As an independent entity, the group also works with organizations to conduct external evaluations of its programs to provide a fresh, objective perspective of program strengths and areas for improvement.
