Reference Librarian at Baker and McKenzie

Over 12 years experience in knowledge management, training, and systems development. A highly customer service oriented person with an MBA combining the best of excellent presentation skills, facilitation skills, and technology skills.
I will be completing the requirements for the Masters of Library and Information Science at Dominican University on December 14, 2006
I am looking to become part of an organization that is on the path to becoming a true learning organization. I want to be an active part in helping organizations realize the true potential that lies within the knowledge, experience and relationships that employees build every day in the normal course of their work.
I come from a consulting background. I worked at Accenture for 7 years doing training delivery, instructional design, systems development methodology development, training and coaching in project management methods and tools and last (but by no means least) knowledge management.
I have practical library experience in both the medical and legal fields, having done reference work at a medical school library and a law firm library.
