Technology Reporter/Columnist/Blogger at Orlando Sentinel

I cover technology with an emphasis on providing tips and tricks for the average user. I write a weekly personal technology, a blog, a weekly item called How 2 as well as stories about the local tech scene. I also shoot, edit and appear in technology videos for the newspaper's web site.
I've been a leader in using social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook to find sources and story ideas, promote my work and serve as a community ambassador for the paper.
My columns and How 2 items are sent out each week by McClatchy-Tribune News Service and have appeared in more than 20 newspapers, including the Seattle Times, Denver Post, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, San Jose Mercury News and Virginian-Pilot.
I'm interested in evolving and adapting my skills as technology and the industry continue to change.
I'm a frequent speaker at schools, computer clubs and conferences.
