• End user trainings to over 100 end users, over 10 classes with attendee from sales administrators, warehouse administrators, transportation administrators, sales managers, marketing to directors
• Identified standard business procedure and redesigned to SAP system (business processes blueprint)
• Customized and configured SAP SD business process requirements, within Sales, Shipping/Delivery, Billing and Transportation area of SD
• Tested and re-customized configurations as needed
• Data migration from legacy system as part of go-live preparation (big bang approach) for 33 sales offices
• Wrote business process documentations and user/helpdesk documentations
• Provided end user support to over 600 users
