On-line coaching:
Recently I started as on-line coach. Since coaching requires elaborate communication skills, I only can do this in Dutch. I use an (I think) unique marketing concept: "value determination afterwards". Educational advisor & project manager:
Educational advisor and project manager for projects related to educational development. E.g. curriculum development, quality management of educational programmes, implementations of new didactical or pedagogical approaches, but also more technical oriented developments (see below).

After three years of advising the management of the Pedagogical Academy (PA) Groningen, I changed to advising the management if the Institute for Facility Management. More info will follow shortly...

At the PA, students are being educated to become (mainly) primary school teachers. The PA was going through a big curriculum development process, but off course the regular educational process is also continued.
Besides advising on this curriculum development process, I also analysed results from several quality measurements and advised on how the PA could improve on their regular process.

As a project leader I am involved in the development and implementation of the use of DOP (the "Digitale Onderwijs Planner"). DOP is a webbased tool that contains informatio on (at this moment nearly) all courses that the different Schools of the Hanzehogeschool offer. Students use DOP to plan their courses, staff to plan the number of groups, teachers, etc.

My second project is the organizational implementation of Hanze Community (i.e. Sharepoint). More info will follow...

Computers and smartphones: own a HTC Tytn and use it a lot. Stage Lighting Design: did SLD for some better amateur groups and one or two 'second circle' professionals. Had to stop with this when my childeren were small, since they need attention at times that an SLDesigner is working, or their mother does ;-) But now I would like to get back into 'the scene' again.
