The transfer process, as implemented, assured smooth and quick transfers without impacting quality and customer delivery during the transition between facilities.

    Developed the company wide model for implementation of Global Product Focus Teams. Led the implementation of product teams in 60+ manufacturing facilities around the world, supporting $4 billion in annual sales. Working with the VPs of each region, developed a global model and implementation plan. Product Focused Teams were successfully piloted in the U.S., Singapore, and Great Britain in less than 6 months after beginning the assignment.
