I am a Solutions Architect at KS Design and Team Leader. My duties include internet marketing, software development, and short and long term strategic planning. I am also a video editor and NPR (national public radio) fanatic.My passion is is finding solutions to help other businesses and organizations grow using the latest in .Net technologies.

I am also a member of Friendsofsugarcreek.org and love kanoeing and kayaking in Indiana. Hopefully one of these days I will get the opportunity to increase the difficulty of my adventures and get into whitewater rafting or kayaking. Also a big desire of mine would be a weeklong canoeing or kayaking trip on the Wabash or Kankakee. And I am just amazed by this Geocahing hobby as well.

I enjoy critical thinking immensely and have a brainstorming ability that just does not stop. I am more of a strategist and systems thinker than I am a nuts and bolts builder, however I love getting my hands dirty with the details and assisting others when needed if for no other reason than to truly get a grasp on whatever project I am involved in. I generally enjoy people and love watching them learn as much as I enjoy learning myself. There is no greater satisfaction to me than being able to help someone do thier job better.
