•As an AmeriCorps member placed with a non-profit organization that manages volunteers in the public school district, I initiated a project to evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer mentors and tutors. I developed logic models, consulted scientific research to identify measurable outcomes and performed data analysis on past volunteer surveys. Presented models, research, and findings to the program committee and staff. I also successfully developed, implemented and analyzed the results of online surveys. The surveys were used to measure levels of success and identify areas needing improvement for volunteers, students, and teachers involved in weekly volunteer programs.
