GlocalReach is an innovation company within web and voice communication. We are building a communication platform that will help you manage how people can reach you.
GlocalReach builds a service for efficient and personal Reach Management. The value proposition of the service is to be available for relevant calls and message while preventing disturbing phone calls and messages when your attention is needed elsewhere.
GlocalReach is essentially offering the ability to manage and prioritize interruptions, and to be reachable, but not disturbed.
My work for GlocalReach involves business development, project management as well as the actual development of the service using technologies such as JBoss Seam (J2EE/EJB), Hibernate, MySQL, Asterisk and XHTML/CSS.
Project management is done using an agile process influenced by Scrum. At most there's been 6 people involved in the project, half of them placed in India.
